Vordalonttdhelix sells fresh flowers, dried arrangements, and floral design services from our Nelson, New Zealand studio at 77 Campbell Street, Nelson South, Nelson 7010. We serve the Nelson and Tasman region with bouquets, wedding flowers, event arrangements, and custom floral design. Because of the nature of our products, our return policy is as follows. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act may apply in addition to this policy. This return policy applies to all floristry and bouquet orders placed through our website or directly with our Nelson studio.
Fresh Flowers and Bouquets
Fresh bouquets are perishable. We do not offer returns or refunds on fresh flowers once they have been delivered or collected in Nelson, Nelson South, Richmond, or the Tasman region. If there is a problem with your bouquet or floral order (e.g. significant quality issue or wrong item), please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution. We are committed to quality in our floristry and will work with you to resolve any genuine issue.
Dried and Preserved Arrangements
Dried and preserved arrangements are non-perishable. If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and, where possible, a photo. We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Wedding and Event Orders
For wedding flowers, bridal bouquets, and event floral orders in Nelson and the Tasman region, cancellation and refund terms are agreed at the time of booking. Deposits may be non-refundable after a certain date. Please refer to your order confirmation or quote. We recommend discussing any concerns about your wedding or event florals with us as early as possible.
